Interested in becoming a Member of TMDTC?
Have you taken classes with us and want to get more involved? Are you interested in participating in dog events or competing with your dog? Would you like to spend time with others who have an interest in dog training? Please consider becoming a member of Truckee Meadows Dog Training Club. We are an active, working club and are always on the lookout for enthusiastic folks who share our goals and are willing to help make things happen! All club members volunteer to help with the day to day activities that are involved in running our organization. We have many volunteer opportunities and can use all types of skills and talents.
All interested people are also encouraged to volunteer to help with any of our yearly events. There are no membership requirements for volunteers. We are all volunteering to further dog events in the Reno-Sparks area. Volunteering is a great way to see how our club works, and to see if you might want to join. Check our "Events", and if you see something interesting, just send us an email or contact form to have one of our members call you back. The best way to see if you like something is to jump in and test it out.
Applicants for membership need to:

Be sponsored by two club members

Attend two general meetings of the club

Complete a New Member application form

Pay the membership fee ($45.00) and submit the form at the first meeting attended.

The application will be read at two meetings and voted upon by the membership at the second meeting.)
